You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included. To start a return, email us at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved within 2 business days, you’ll receive instructions—please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, except in cases of defects or errors on our part. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item, issued to your original payment method (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
Certain items, including custom or special-order products, clearance items, gift cards, and anything damaged due to misuse, cannot be returned. For damaged or incorrect deliveries, please notify us within 24 hours at support@vivaalfresco.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost, including a prepaid shipping label. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, but once shipped, they fall under our return policy.
