At Viva Alfresco, we take pride in offering premium outdoor living products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase must be included.
  • The item must be securely repackaged in its original packaging for safe transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or neglect

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order number, product name, and reason for the return. Include photos if applicable.
  2. Approval Required: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Use a secure shipping method to return the item to the designated address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If returning for reasons other than damage or defects, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Viva Alfresco Coverage: If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  1. Report Immediately: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@vivaalfresco.com with photos and a description.
  2. Resolution: We will provide instructions for a replacement or return at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@vivaalfresco.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. Follow the return process to request an exchange.

Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After Shipping: If the order has shipped, it will be subject to the return policy.
