Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase must be included.
- The item must be securely repackaged in its original packaging for safe transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or neglect
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email us at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order number, product name, and reason for the return. Include photos if applicable.
- Approval Required: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Use a secure shipping method to return the item to the designated address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: If returning for reasons other than damage or defects, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Viva Alfresco Coverage: If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report Immediately: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@vivaalfresco.com with photos and a description.
- Resolution: We will provide instructions for a replacement or return at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:

- Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. Follow the return process to request an exchange.
Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After Shipping: If the order has shipped, it will be subject to the return policy.
