Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days within the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL freight for larger items. Total estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days. All orders include free shipping, and tracking details will be emailed once your order is on the way.

Freight shipments are curbside delivery only, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a drop-off time. A signature is required, and you’ll need to move the item from curbside to your desired location. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within 24 hours at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order number and photos. Returns & Refunds

At Viva Alfresco, we stand behind every premium outdoor product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return—items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

We do not accept returns on custom items, clearance items, or products damaged from misuse. To start a return or exchange, simply email us at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order details. We’ll respond within 2 business days and provide a free return label for eligible cases, including damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments. No restocking fees or hidden charges—just a smooth process.

The Ready to Finish Gas Fire Pit Kit offers a versatile and stylish foundation for your outdoor space. Available in both Linear and Square configurations, these kits are constructed with durable G90 marine-grade galvanized steel framing and Fiberock®, ensuring long-lasting performance in various weather conditions. Designed for on-site finishing, you can customize the exterior with materials such as granite, Supercast™ concrete, stone, or stucco to seamlessly blend with your landscaping and patio design.

Each kit includes a UL Listed Crystal Fire Plus burner insert, delivering a striking flame display. The Linear option features a rectangular burner for a modern, elongated flame, while the Square option incorporates a round burner for a balanced and captivating fire feature.

Features

  • Made with G90 marine-grade galvanized steel framing and Fiberock® for superior durability.

  • Available in Linear (rectangular burner) and Square (round burner) configurations.

  • Customizable exterior to match your outdoor design.

  • Includes aluminum top, burner insert, two ventilation plates, and standard control panel.

  • Choice of manual ignition (VCSV) or direct spark ignition (DSI).

  • Burner insert comes standard with clear glass gems (additional fire media may be required depending on the enclosure opening).

  • Control panel features either a turn dial or switch, depending on ignition type.

  • Additional DSI controls, timers, e-stops, and fire media are available separately.

  • Recommended for hard-piped natural gas or liquid propane installation.

  • Linear 48" x 36" tall and Linear 60" x 36" tall kits fit a 20 lb. LP tank in the base; Square kits do not accommodate a 20 lb. LP tank.

  • Made in the USA with US and imported parts.

  • UL listed for safety and quality assurance.

  • Burner cover must be removed before lighting and operating.
