Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase must be included.
- The item must be securely repackaged in its original packaging for safe transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or neglect
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email us at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order number, product name, and reason for the return. Include photos if applicable.
- Approval Required: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Use the provided downloadable and printable return label to ship the item to the designated address.
Return Label
We provide a downloadable and printable return label at no cost to the customer for all eligible returns, including defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Return Shipping Costs
Viva Alfresco covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns, including defective, damaged, or incorrect items, using the provided return label.
Shipment Refusal or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will provide a free return label to facilitate the return process.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for returns. All shipping costs for eligible returns are covered by Viva Alfresco, and no additional payment processing fees will apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report Immediately: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@vivaalfresco.com with photos and a description.
- Resolution: We will provide instructions for a replacement or return, including a free return label.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided they are in their original condition as received. To initiate an exchange, follow our return process, and we will provide a free return label.
Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After Shipping: If the order has shipped, it will be subject to the return policy, with a free return label provided.
