Shipping policy
At Viva Alfresco, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and reliable shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processing times, delivery expectations, and other important shipping details.
Order Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are processed and shipped between Monday to Friday.
- Our standard handling time is 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed before 12PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time 12PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- We ship exclusively within United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
- Our standard transit time is 4 to 6 business days depending on the destination.
- Small packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Larger or heavier items are shipped via LTL Freight and may require a scheduled delivery.
The total Estimated delivery time (including processing) is 5 to 9 business days.

- FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, if your order arrives damaged or with missing components, follow these steps:
- Inspect Your Package: Upon delivery, check for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
- Document the Damage: If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Contact Us Immediately: Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@vivaalfresco.com with the following:
- Order number
- Photos of the damage (including packaging)
- Description of the issue
- Keep the Packaging: Retain all original packaging materials until the claim process is completed.
Order Delays & Exceptions
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
