For oversized items shipped via freight, delivery is curbside, and the carrier will schedule an appointment with you. Return Eligibility and Process
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return for unused, unassembled items in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included. Non-returnable items include custom or special-order products, clearance items, gift cards, or items damaged due to misuse. To start a return, email support@vivaalfresco.com with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will review your request within 2 business days, provide return instructions, and issue a free downloadable return label. Viva Alfresco covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns, including defective, damaged, or incorrect items, with no restocking or payment processing fees.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive and inspect the returned item, issued to the original payment method. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@vivaalfresco.com with photos and a description for replacement or return instructions. Exchanges for defective or non-defective items in original condition are accepted, with a free return label provided. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund; after shipping, they follow the return policy.
