Freight shipments are curbside delivery only, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a drop-off time. A signature is required, and you’ll need to move the item from curbside to your desired location. We do not accept returns on custom items, clearance items, or products damaged from misuse. To start a return or exchange, simply email us at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order details. We’ll respond within 2 business days and provide a free return label for eligible cases, including damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments. No restocking fees or hidden charges—just a smooth process.
