Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Once shipped, expect delivery in 4 to 6 business days to the 48 contiguous U.S. states via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL freight for larger items. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100, or a flat $9.95 fee for orders below that. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.
For oversized items shipped via freight, delivery is curbside, and the carrier will schedule an appointment with you. Please note, you’ll need to move these items from the curb to your desired spot, and a signature is required. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order number and photos. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included. To start a return, email us at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved within 2 business days, you’ll receive instructions—please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, except in cases of defects or errors on our part. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item, issued to your original payment method (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
Certain items, including custom or special-order products, clearance items, gift cards, and anything damaged due to misuse, cannot be returned. For damaged or incorrect deliveries, please notify us within 24 hours at support@vivaalfresco.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost, including a prepaid shipping label. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, but once shipped, they fall under our return policy.
