Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days within the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL freight for larger items. Total estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days. All orders include free shipping, and tracking details will be emailed once your order is on the way.

Freight shipments are curbside delivery only, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a drop-off time. A signature is required, and you’ll need to move the item from curbside to your desired location. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within 24 hours at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order number and photos. At Viva Alfresco, we stand behind every premium outdoor product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return—items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
