Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days within the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or LTL freight for larger items. Total estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days. All orders include free shipping, and tracking details will be emailed once your order is on the way.

Freight shipments are curbside delivery only, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a drop-off time. A signature is required, and you’ll need to move the item from curbside to your desired location. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within 24 hours at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order number and photos. Returns & Refunds

At Viva Alfresco, we stand behind every premium outdoor product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return—items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

We do not accept returns on custom items, clearance items, or products damaged from misuse. To start a return or exchange, simply email us at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order details. We’ll respond within 2 business days and provide a free return label for eligible cases, including damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments. No restocking fees or hidden charges—just a smooth process.

Whether you choose the in-ground model, which must be securely cemented into the ground, or the pedestal model, which can be bolted to a deck or concrete slab, this grill ensures exceptional performance without compromising space.

Despite its compact footprint, this grill boasts 432 square inches of cooking space, powered by 32,000 BTUs from its advanced 304 stainless steel burners. A 10,000 BTU backburner and included rotisserie kit (on select models) allow for even more cooking versatility. Its stainless steel vaporizer panels ensure consistent heat distribution, while the solid brass valves provide precise temperature control for perfect grilling results.

Thoughtfully designed for both convenience and durability, the stainless steel rod cooking grids offer excellent heat retention, while the warming rack keeps food at the ideal serving temperature. The grill also includes a distinctive analog thermometer with a polished bezel for accurate temperature monitoring and a drip collection system for easy cleanup.

For enhanced safety, the unit is equipped with a one-hour automatic shut-off timer, preventing accidental gas flow when the grill is left unattended. The optional stainless steel tank shield conceals the propane tank while securing it with a safety chain.
