You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included. To start a return, email us at support@vivaalfresco.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved within 2 business days, you’ll receive instructions and a downloadable and printable return label at no cost to you.

We cover all return shipping costs for eligible returns, including defective, damaged, or incorrect items, using the provided return label. We do not charge restocking fees for returns, and no additional payment processing fees will apply. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item, issued to your original payment method.

Certain items, including custom or special-order products, clearance items, gift cards, and anything damaged due to misuse, cannot be returned.
